This policy explains how VoiceAgent.sbs uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, on our marketing website and customer dashboard.
1. What we use, and why
We keep this deliberately minimal. We currently use only essential and functional storage needed to run the Service - we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Cookies used by embedded/third-party services
Some pages may load resources from third-party infrastructure providers (for example, telephony or hosting providers) as part of delivering the Service. These providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies or equivalent identifiers to operate their infrastructure; they are not used by us for advertising.
3. Managing storage
Because we rely on local storage rather than tracking cookies, you can clear this data at any time via your browser's settings (clearing site data for our domain) - doing so will simply sign you out and reset your saved preferences, it will not affect your account or any data stored on our servers.
4. Changes to this policy
If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent before doing so.
