How our AI voice agents work

Every call runs through the same real-time pipeline. It is designed to keep latency low so the caller never feels like they are waiting on a machine.

1. Telephony

Calls arrive over Twilio or Telnyx and stream live audio to our voice server via secure, signature-verified webhooks.

2. Speech-to-text

Incoming audio is transcribed in real time so the agent can understand the caller within milliseconds.

3. Reasoning + RAG

A large language model decides what to say, grounded strictly in your uploaded knowledge base so answers stay accurate and on-brand.

4. Text-to-speech

Replies are streamed back as natural, low-latency speech, with barge-in so callers can interrupt like a real conversation.
