Pricing FAQ
How is VoiceAgent.sbs priced?
Pricing is usage-based - you pay per minute of active AI talk time (from around A$0.20/min), plus telephony and AI provider costs. There are no per-seat licenses.
What is bring-your-own-Twilio (BYOT)?
You connect your own Twilio account so telephony is billed to you directly at carrier rates, while the platform charges for the AI layer. This lowers your effective per-minute cost and keeps billing transparent.
Are there setup fees or lock-in?
No setup fees and no long-term lock-in on usage-based plans. Enterprise committed-use plans are optional for high volume.
